A.M. Nomikos has implemented a Whistle-Blowing policy, offering a secure and confidential platform for both employees and external stakeholders to report any suspected illegal activities or wrongdoing, including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, bribery & money laundering, breaches of safety & environmental legislations, breaches of internal policies and human rights violations.
Our Policy is in full compliance with the updated 1937/2019 EU Directive and aligned with international best practices. This policy aims to reinforce corporate integrity, transparency, and accountability, safeguarding the interests of both employees and the Company.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REPORT
Reporting of wrongdoing must be done in good faith.
You may submit a report:
· Anonymously, by completing this link.
· Eponymously, by sending an email to: whistleblowing@nomikos.gr.
Reports must be clear and specific and provide as much information and details as possible to assist in conducting the investigation. They should include the name of the individual (or individuals) that may have committed a wrongdoing, the date/period and place where the incident occurred, the type of wrongdoing and a clear description thereof.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION
All individuals who submit a Report in good faith, are protected from victimization, harassment or disciplinary action and any form of retaliation as a result of such disclosure.
AM Nomikos is dedicated to protecting the identities of those involved in reports. Cases are handled with the highest level of confidentiality, even when a thorough investigation is required.
During incident management and investigation, the reporting person's identity in a named report is only disclosed to authorised individuals responsible for receiving, monitoring, and investigating reports.
Employees interviewed or asked for information as part of a report investigation must maintain strict confidentiality regarding their participation and any shared information.
